Order Process

The Order Process is simple and straightforward, outlined in the following 5 steps:


Step 1 – Select your products

Browse and select the products you require and head towards the checkout. Don't forget to enter your discount voucher code at checkout to qualify for "daily discount".

Step 2 – Checking Out

Complete the checkout form. Please complete all required fields and any extra information we need to know about delivering your goods. You can at this point register your details which will then allow you to view your account on-line. Your details will also be held securely as "your account" for future purchases. This service also allows you to track the progress of your order. (See Checklist)

Step 3 – Order Confirmation

You will receive an automated Order Confirmation via email within minutes of checking out. It is important that you check your Order Confirmation thoroughly; Products, Payment Details and Shipping details. Please advise us immediately if any part of your confirmation is incorrect. (See Checklist) 

Step 4 - Payment by Credit Card

Your will receive payment notification from Sage Pay our secure payment service. In addition you will also receive an invoice notification from ourselves advising you that your order is being processed.

Step 5 – Delivery of Your Order

The delivery time for your chosen products is located on the product page. From when you receive your invoice you should expect delivery of your order within the time frame stated on the Product Page.
